Big win for the vigilante, in my opinion. The plea deal is a JOKE.
This is just another bade joke in the very long line of bad jokes by the courts when dealing with vigilantes. It sends the wrong message to potential vigilantes that if they get caught they will basically get the legal equivalent of a slap on the wrist. This nation is cursed with people in high places that should not be there. A registry with overly oppressive laws to go along with it are needed for people that take the law in their own hands; and cops need to be included too.
